The original beta bridge version of this map is what led me to RPG-X. So it's fantastic to see updates after all these years. Nicely done, all involved.

Some great titles on show here. Rather unexpected, but THQ really is in a bad way. While you can pay what you want - and split your money between THQ and the chosen charity - I would urge you to spend more than the bare minimum. Be a good sport, even if this is the death knell of a fine development company.

Yes when I saw this title I thought along the lines of something different. But I was wrong. Before Star Trek XI has been released, a sequel is supposedly in the planning stages. Oh joy, another adventure with the thunderbirds team.

Paramount has signed up Star Trek team Roberto Orci, Alex Kurtzman and Damon Lindelof to pen a sequel to this summer's sci-fi blockbuster.

Go look it up yourselves - I'm unfair :P

#21661 KF-RP - Saboutage, Aliens and Quarentines

Last night i had an interesting rp on the KF-RP server. I wasn't there when as soon as it started but i joined the server as the CMO. On the ship there seemed to have been acts of sabotage. The Helmsman, Quy, came into sickbay having trouble breathing, he was having a serious asthma attack. I noticed some alien compound of Quys hand which he said he got from the helm console. I went to collect a sample, but i got a call from engineering to run a forensic sweep. When i got there i found more of the compound, and not only that, it was also now in sickbay and the messhall. All 3 areas went under quarantine. The Captain had trouble as he was trapped behind forcefields in the messhall but he wasn't affected as the compound ran off your bodily problems. Eg. asthma. The captain overloaded the replicator to blow a hole through the wall to escape. Once he was out, things got worse when i was called to the bridge by Quy. By the time i got there, he was already dead and there was nothing that could be done. It seemed the compound used his artificial heart to kill him.

Later, a life sign was detected in engineering and the blast doors had been retracted. The saboteur had come to pay us a visit, and worse, he was a telepath. He demanded to speak with the captain alone but instead, he was thrown in the brig. Rodney (the captain) realised that the compound was the same one we discovered on the Terran ship the avenger, which killed the crew. I had come up with an antidote on that day, but since the formula was lost, i had to start again. Once it was created and the crew were cured as well as vaccinated we payed a visit to our friend in the brig, to find that the compound, was coming from him. The attempts to stop the compound inside him failed when i tried to inject him. Little did i know my helmet was not fastened to my hazard suit fully and myself became infected. The telepath got into my head by the time i got back to the unlocked sickbay. Once there the telepath basically took control and i was whisked away

The USS Poseidon under the command of CO Daniel with its sponsor on board Vice Admiral Janeway (myself)

It began with the ship at space dock. Systems were failing on all decks and secondary systems were mostly off line, with primary systems to go next. Due to some technical failures we were unable to get onto the space dock, just docked with it. When Life support systems started failing, decks 3 and below were sealed off. Only the engineer on board was able to go to engineering, in a hazard suit of course. But Then, disaster struck. Due to hull weaknesses, the areas where the docking clamps were attatched, the hull ripped from the ship, causing the ship to ship violently and atmosphere was lost in certain areas. Once containment fields were in place, we found ourselves adrift, and whats worse, we were heading for a region, of empty space. (r_gamma 0 kthx) Alone and afraid we were losing life support. We had over an hour to get to safety, before we suffocate, and freeze. The Engineer on board noticed an unmanned shuttle, adrift near the space dock, which was quickly moving away from us. He risked him life by donning an EVA suit and ejecting himself into space to reach the shuttle. Silence, we heard nothing. but time was running out. In the remaining crews last attempt they diverted what power they could to a remaining shuttle. As Janeway lost consciousness due to oxygen degrevation Captain daniel blasted the shuttle bay doors and the shuttle was thrown into space. Long range sensors detected a federation scout ship on the edge of this 'void' but the captain must head to the space dock to recover his only engineer remaining. With a power drain on the shuttle and the captain the heading the same way as janeway, it was a miracle what happend next.

The lone engineer, who risked his life, recovered a type 21 shuttle and beamed us abourd. As we headed to the federation scout ship, beeps and blips started appearing as data from planets and stars were finally seen again.

Well yesterday we had kinda a all day rpg and it was quite good.

Is started off with repairing the ship from heavy damages. The EMH was off line and to make it worse a certain hazard team leader needed an operation or would be paralyzed. And to make it even worse the captain (well me) contracted a deadly virus which the doctor never told her about. The Cure was on a planet called Sultar IV (mission in delta flyer time). Once the cure was aboard and we returned to voyager an unknown lifeform kidnapped the captain and started playing mind games on the crew and causing mayhem basically. Unfortunatly Chakotay was killed in the 'game' and the captain basically broke down. A spirit like chakotay told the captain to travel to the moon of rurapenthe and destroy it. The explosion almost killed them. Chakotay explained to the captain in a vision quest of her own that his spiritual journey was complete. As the captain fell unconsious, chakotay returned to the living world.
