In the spirit of giving everyone the freedom to show off their talent, we'd like to encourage people who are working on their own projects to come forward and show them off here. Hopefully, this will help foster a much larger development community where everyone can receive critical feedback as well as learn more about what they do.

If you want to announce your current project, all you need to do is say the name of it, give a brief description of what it's going to do, and if you can, add a screenshot.

This of course means that there will be a few guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly.

1) Only Post Your Own Work
In the interests of not accidentally ticking someone else off, you should only post your own creations where you can take full credit.
Of course, if you can secure the permission of the original creator as well, then that should be okay as well.

2) Add a Warning for Explicit Content
We would never want to censor artwork, however, given the nature of this forum, we'd request that you add a warning to the thread title that clearly explains what to expect (Something like [BLOOD+GORE] at the front is fine)

3) One Project Per Thread
Just in the interests of keeping things separate and easier to find, please only have one project per thread, and clearly label the thread. Things like 'My latest thing' don't really help.

4) Be responsible with screenshots
If you add screenshots, please be aware that if you're not careful, they destroy the boundaries of the thread as well as make the page take a long time to load. If you want to add a large screenshot, you should use a thumbnail and link it instead.

Of course, it's ultimately up to moderators' digression and the standard UberGames Forum Rules apply.

Happy posting! We look forward to seeing your work!
