The warpcore itself is just a patch with a texture on it... and not a entity?

I used a new Entity that will be in the next version of RPG-X2 that will remap shader A with shader B and vice versa. Quite a relief for Brush-Entities, isn't it? ^^

Good idea!

What about enhancing this new entity to remap at least 4 states? That would be very useful for alert lights (green, red, yellow, blue)! :)

That is already available in target_alert (redshader, blueshader, yellowshader and greenshader) with the possibility of remapping multiple types of shaders by seperating them with \n. Note that the last shader has to be closed with \n as well or else that will not be found somehow.
