Server went down. JUST as I picked up a Mark II Phaser Array drop. :

In any case, if you haven't seen this, check this out.

http://www.startreko...lusive_specials

Until Feb 1, pre-order people have the choice of signing up for either a yearly subscription or a lifetime subscription.

At $240 bucks.... if you paid 15 bucks a month normally, that's just over a year worth of subscriptions...

tis an alright game so far. Loving the ship based stuff over the ground combat by a mile so far. Once some stability issues are ironed out, it has a lot of great potential.

( I just wish you didn't bounce off planets... because sometimes we just all need to commit suicide. )

I take it back, It's depressing. Don't Cryptic have an imagination that extends beyond "warp to the place and kill the people there"

Despite what I've heard from some people, this looks quite good. Not played it myself yet, but I've watched videos of the gameplay.

Just played it for the first time, and I LOVE IT. :D

Probably because its the first MMORPG that I've ever played. But still!

Loving it so far... used a small lottery win to buy a lifetime subscription... either that or 300,000,000 packs of skittles... I'm not sure what would have been healthier :D

I am very much looking forward to Friday. The open beta grew on me, and in the end I think it's worth it. It's actually really fun playing the space battles, ground based is still a little boring, but better than earlier.
