This is impossible to accomplish without reverse engineering. The SP code is just too different from Q3, compared to HM. And the SP codebase was converted to C++.

New stuff:
- ioCow doesn't look inside Application Data or AppData/Roaming any more, it was causing more problems than it's worthd

Is there a way to force ioCow NOT to use the Application data\STVEF folder, since for some reason the ioEF and Cow versions are still using that folder . . .

Marcin removed all references to ioCow shortly before he disappeared. Which means none of us can re-host it either, since he clearly didn't want it getting distributed. :(

It's on their allowed executables list, but it's not a requirement. One of the of the HoloFed servers runs ioEF while the other runs ioCow - both of which are Escaped Turkey servers.

Didn't ioCow get replaced by rpg-xEF?

I'm wondering why Marcin is still listed as a developer, since he didn't do any RPG-X developing in a very long time now . . .

canceling that request from rhys, I wanted a version of ioCOW to test my server to figure out if it was my server having issues sending heartbeats to the master server or if it was some odd bug with rpgxEF
