That isnt true. We tried with ioCow and some members had ioEF, and they were getting the parse error, thats why we decided to make a new map.

Alright I'd like to ask that the file be replaced. I made this same mistake my first time around but all you're doing is wasting space and time by putting in a bsp for a retex/resound.

The USS Voyager-A map is just Atlantis retextured and re-sounded, so there is no need to rename and place in the Atlantis' bsp, the sound and texture folders alone will adjust the rpg_atlantis map.

Indeed it a waste of space especially when most of the PC have terrabytes of harddisk.

The intention of a renamed .bsp file was to keep the voyager feeling.
Not like:

OMG, I connected to rpg_atlantis, but its Voyager

Also it comes with the avantage to keep n00bs away from the server, because they dont have the map ;) most n00bs dont visit this forum.

Afterall this discussion doesent matter anymore, because we are making a new map so delete the retexture or do whatever you want

You would have Voyager if you connected to Atlantis anyway

Well, I didn't know if there was a special link for it, or it is in EF Files, or on the Voyager RP Server's site.

in that case you first have to look whether there is one in the thread designed for the SRP/map. it's the first place to look. you often find things by looking for them.

plus, what do you mean with "a special link"?

lol there aint any special link or even hidden one, and also the map hasnt been released to effiles.

And if you want to be up-to-date with the SRP or with the progress of the new map, you shoul monitor the voyager forums, because I dont update this thread too often when something is in the change.

Our first Episode will be held today. Hopefully this time everything goes well, because we had to abort the session last week due the parse error.

I made a new retexture that we use as long as our Voyager map is in the making.

The new map doesn't seem to be changing any textures for me? I just connect and get the base Posiedon B, do you know why?

you have to make sure the file is in the rpg-x2 folder also depending on maps/mods you may have to add a few more z's infront of the file name
