Poseidon-B Updates

Ant mentioned in another thread that the pose-b had been updated with new features. What are these? I haven't noticed anything different.

Yeah I didn't notice a difference too. I can't find the topic but I thought that the jefferies tubes under deck 16 were going to be extended, but nothing was changed in the beta so I think it just isn't included.

It should have update crew quaters, bugs fixed, the new turbolift and location names with support for transporters. If it hasn't been included I will be very angry as it's been ready for months and I've told people on more than one occasion to download it and get it intergrated.

It should have update crew quaters, bugs fixed, the new turbolift and location names with support for transporters. If it hasn't been included I will be very angry as it's been ready for months and I've told people on more than one occasion to download it and get it intergrated.


- The turbolift is insta-teleport (so I don't know if that is 'updated')
- Locations aren't displayed in the tab window
- haven't looked at the crewquarters yet.

The instant transporter thingy is in all maps, it's not poseidon specific. So I guess it isn't included :(

I agree with him, no location names. And by new Turbo-lift do you mean like on the Atlantis? With the UI? (damn fire-fox dictionary does not recognize Atlantis :() uh-oh Anthony is going to be upset

I haven't been able to test the Atlantis due to a load error. So Im going off Poseidon b for now.

Could you possibly upload them here? yeah the runabout doesn't seem to have anything different either.

Yea, I am pissed. I have repeatedly asked for them to be included, its a simple request so deal with it whoever compiles the PK3, all you had to do was drop it into your file and create a pk3, I did all the sorting work.

It should have the Atlantis style turbolift btw, not just insta-teleport.

For the record I talked to Will before I made the pk3's asked him if tim had the latestest version, he said he didn't know so he gave me an url to download the latest versions, whcih I did.

Anthony & Will. Do you think you could make the lighting on the Pos-B a little better especially in the mess hall. In the middle of the room the lighting is very bright. Perhaps applying the same lighting techniques as in the Atlantis. If you have time to spare with all your tinkering of Atlantis.
